The Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) released its Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2008-2013. The plan supports one of the major goals the Secretary of Homeland Security has set for the department: to strengthen the nation's preparedness and emergency response capabilities.
